I had a great time enjoying breakfast with my team on the 9th floor, which was a nice touch before our conference. The outdoor pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxing after busy days. Just a heads up, my key card access wasn't working on my last day, but it didn't ruin my overall experience. 😊

would definitely book again
Nice clean room with modern decor. It had a fridge, coffee machine, and great shower with good water pressure. Staff was super friendly and helped me with local tips. Loved the easy charging with USB ports. Pool area was big—perfect for relaxing after a long day!

great access to parks and restaurants in jacksonville
Our family recently stayed here for three nights and truly appreciated the hotel’s proximity to Brackridge Park just under 4 km away, which was perfect for our morning walks, along with Bistro 202, offering delicious bites only a few steps away from the hotel, making meal times super easy and convenient for our explorations.

The rooms were comfy and the breakfast spread was amazing with so many options! I loved chilling by the outdoor swimming pool and soaking up the sun on the terrace. Just a heads up, the doors do slam pretty loudly, so keep that in mind if you're a light sleeper. ☀️

The room was clean and decorated nicely. The bedding felt really comfy, making it easy to relax after a long day. The water pressure in the shower was great too! However, I did notice my request for no feather pillows was ignored, which wasn't ideal. And, the room was a bit pricey for what it offered. Overall, a decent experience, but some aspects fell short.

I really enjoyed my stay. the room was nice and clean, and I appreciated the quick response from the staff when my door lock had issues. The outdoor pool was the perfect place to unwind after a busy day, and I loved lounging on the sun terrace. Just watch out for the noisy doors slamming late at night, but overall, it's a great spot to relax! 🌞

We absolutely loved our stay! After a long day of exploring Jacksonville, the two double beds were perfect for our family. Plus, the hotel was conveniently located near shopping spots, making it easy for us to find dinner options.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly amenities.

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with ample amenities like USB charging points. The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast offered quick, healthy options, which were perfect for fueling our day. While everything was quite pleasant, the breakfast selection could have been more diverse to accommodate different tastes.

My recent stay at Marriott was quite remarkable! The staff was exceptionally professional and genuinely welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The room was impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed and ample charging outlets, which accommodated my work needs perfectly. I also appreciated the outdoor pool and the fitness center, both of which provided great ways to unwind after a long day of meetings.
The noise from the hallway near the elevator was disruptive at times.

If you're craving some local flavor, hit up Bistro 202 for a killer fish and chips that'll have your taste buds dancing! Also, despite a rough start, I gotta say the room was nice and clean. The desk staff were friendly enough to get you through the day.
On the flip side, that $25 breakfast was just average. I've had better for free! Plus, my request for no feather pillows was ignored, leaving me in a feather fiasco.

missingWrote a review on Aug 29clean windowsmodern gymbathroom layout
The renovated room had large, clean windows that let in plenty of natural light. Enjoyed the modern gym facilities for a solid workout session.
The bathroom layout was a real challenge—dim mirror lighting made it nearly impossible to see while getting ready. There was hardly any counter space and the lack of a towel bar was inconvenient, especially with awkward towel hook placements. My experiences with key cards were frustrating, too. on the last day, mine abruptly failed, leaving me puzzled about access restrictions.

The staff at this Marriott was incredibly friendly. They made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked in. The room was clean and tidy, which is always a plus. Location was convenient, near major highways and a shopping center. However, I faced a few issues. The bathroom lacked good lighting. It was hard to see while getting ready in the morning. Also, the counter space was minimal, which made it tough to store my toiletries. Another downside was the breakfast. overpriced for the quality served. I expected better for $25. My request for no feather pillows was ignored, which affected my comfort. Despite these setbacks, the overall cleanliness of the room made my stay bearable. I would consider returning but hope for some improvements.
